Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Makeup Services
At T’ Renee Beauty understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. Cancellations or Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply.
3. No-Shows
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
4. Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service total. If you cancel within the allowed time frame, the deposit can be transferred to a future booking.
5. Late Arrivals
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule, in which case the cancellation fee will apply.
